Josh Floring has extensive experience owning, managing, and operating restaurants and bars, and enjoys the face-to-face and active work that being behind the pine provides. An entrepreneur at heart, he helped develop Minneapolis’ first independent ramen shop.

Josh’s background also includes commercial real estate where he leased, purchased, and sold commercial property for small businesses and family offices for two decades. His favorite transaction involved rescuing a dog, a new brewery and recycled bicycles.

He is currently involved in opening food carts in downtown Minneapolis and evolving the neighborhood Bodega concept. In his spare time he loves working on developing his golf swing, connecting with nature, practicing his cooking skills, and keeping his jack russell terriers busy.
